What Are the Ages?
Terra Fera's calendar is split up into periods of time that are a bit like the real world's BC/BCE and AD/CE(Common Era if you prefer), called Ages. Each Age is at least a few thousand years long, though the exact length greatly varies. The end of an Age, and thus the beginning of the next one, is generally marked by some major event, basically a game changer as you could call it.
To the Capareons and most human cultures, the Ages are just numbered, so the 1st Age, 2nd Age, etc. To the Nians and those who still follow the original, Ancient Culture of TF and its ways, they have names. Here's all the Ages, their names, and any important events that occurred during them.

The 1st Age; Age of Myth
Called the Age of Myth, the 1st Age is all time before written history. Like the real world BC/BCE, it ends with "year 1" and counts backwards.
Not much is known about this era. The Brotherhood was formed during this time, and so was the Ancient Culture, hence why its called the Age of Myth. All if not most of the Ancient Culture's myths and legends originate during this time.

The 2nd Age; Age of Knowledge
Lasted for nearly 3000 years, the Age of Knowledge was a time of prosper for Terra Fera. It is known that this is when the first cities were built, although by who or what, know one knows as Wolflords weren't around yet, and many Fae don't build much. There were little to no humanoid species intelligent enough to build such cities, and so the legends say it was the Dragons. This is when the Ancient Tongue, the massively wide spread language of Terra Fera, was first spoken, or at least written down. Many historical records of this time, however, have been lost or destroyed unfortunately. All that is truly known for sure is that this Age was the first time TF had a culture that strived towards advancements and technology.
This Age ended with a extinction event on Lossuri, when several super volcanoes erupted, and filled the skies with ash, choking out the sun for years, and many living creatures perished.

The 3rd Age; Age of Kings
In the aftermath of the destruction and death that ended the Age of Knowledge, a new culture rose to power. The Wolflords. The wolflords became eager to break off from the restrictions of their Tribes and kingdoms that were ruled by wolves, and perhaps themselves become like kings, or even gods. Coming together with both dragons and Fae they built a society across their known world, built massive cities and citadels, advanced far beyond the knowledge of the previous Age, and even further beyond what was thought possible. Many of these cities would last at least until the 6th Age, or even beyond that. They became masters of architecture, science and magic, technology and medicine. It was the start to a golden age for Terra Fera.
This age, however, ended in war. The different cities and fortresses of these wolflord societies became distant with one another, separate, and each ruled by their own king, each king believing it their right to rule all the cities and strongholds. This ended in heavy causalities on all sides before the wolf Tribes stepped in and took over, making it law that all wolflords must retain their loyalty to their Tribe, even if they were no longer living within the Tribe. Gone were the wolflord kings, and in came the Brotherhood's generals and commanders to act as the leaders of these cities.

The 4th Age; The Berkon Age
The "Warrior" Age. Many wars were fought during this Age, and many famous warriors and heroes would be remembered in history for their deeds in this era. Not much is really to be said. Pretty much was a time of wars and fighting, with peace being a rare occurrence in between these wars.
The 5th Age; Age of New Dawn
In light of the wars that still waged on from the ending of the 3rd Age and through all of the 4th, the Ancient Wolflords proposed a compromise with the Tribes, since now the fighting had all been on part of the desires of the Tribes, rather than the cities and their leaders. The Wolflord Nations were formed from this compromise. The wolflords as individuals still had to hold to their loyalties within the Tribes, but each of the regions, now nations of their own, would have their own government and power. Each nation was lead by a council of princes, all Nobles, one from each Tribe represented within the kingdom. While each prince swore loyalty to his/her king or chief back in the Tribes, they were all to focus on the running of the nation, and not the matters of the Tribes. In fact, the kings and chiefs of the Tribes were not allowed to touch these nations, and the cities became neutral ground for all. The influence of the Brotherhood, of course still stood firmly in place, so these ruling princes were also required to be members of the order as well.
A big thing to note that happened in this Age was the building of Cariponi, or rather it's capitol city. Cariponi was the name of the nation, but later after the fall of the Wolflord Nations in Ages to come, the city itself became known as Cariponi. The city survives into the modern day, and becomes the capitol of the Capareon Imperial Empire during the early 8th Age.

The 6th Age; Age of Man
The 6th Age is generally accepted as the era when the Nian and Talleon ancestors came to TF. The following is one of the few texts(translated at least) about the arrival of Man on TF, likely written down by a Wolflord story teller.
They were in awe of the mighty city. The children ran out of their homes to greet the Lost Ones, “Men”, having only heard stories of this race. Royal guards on the backs of draken and horses were at both the head and the rear of the newcomers, while warriors walked on either side. I watched as a translator tried to tell these Men that they were not prisoners or captives, yet the worried looks on all their faces were not eased by her words and attempts.
Crowds had gathered now, watching the Men. Curious myself, I too watched as these strangers were escorted to the court of our Lord Princes. What became of them after the doors were shut behind them, only members of the court would know.
Niana was formed around the year 2200 of this Age, with help of the Wolflords who pretty much handed the lands over to the early Nians, who were eager to learn the wolflord culture, religion, and ways. Soon, the Nians blended in and adapted the wolflord culture.
This Age ended with the dissolution of the Wolflord Nations. The nations had come together, and realizing the world no longer needed them, and that the other societies and races, Man particularly, had caught up with them, or at least were starting to, they knew there were secrets that had to be kept from the world. They evacuated, burned, and brought to ruin their great cities that had lasted thousand upon thousands of years, leaving only the cities that were deep underground, and their entrances hidden, in tact. Well, that is except for the greatest of all the above ground cities, Cariponi, which was spared.

The 7th Age; The Age of Light
Believed to be the Age when all would change, perhaps this was true, but it was no where near the "Age of Light" many were hoping for when it was given its name at the start of it. This was the Age when man, though scattered in small kingdoms and clans, began to conquer their known world. This was the Age when the Brotherhood began its slow descent in power, and had become all but a myth even to those who still believed it was the order's right to govern and protect the balance Nature had put into place. This was the Age of corruption, of death, of wars, of allies turning on allies, families turning on families, of races, nations, and clans divided against themselves. It was not the Age of "Light" and peace that they had been promised.
The "light" for which this Age was named came from five individuals, who in legends were beings that "even the Stars feared", and actually the beginning of each Age had been marked by either to births or the deaths of such beings and their dark spirited opposites. The pairs of light and dark spirits born in this Age were to be different, however. Unlike times before, when it was rare that an individual would ever even meet the one who completed their pair, their opposite, those born in this Age would not only know their opposites, but also each other. Together, they were meant to bring about the new age, whether it be through darkness then wiping the slate clean, or by peace, only to be followed by war centuries later. Among the beings of light of this Age were a young prince, a young, but promising sorcerer who had in fact been raised like a brother along side that prince, a young she-wolf who would find herself torn between family and love, and a young lioness who would likely struggle the most of all of them with her fate and the price the peace they could bring would cost.
The 7th Age is the setting for the RotD arc of the TF series.

The 8th Age; The Age of Darkness
Pretty much what for Earth was the middle ages to the modern day.
Important/Notable Points of Time:
-Around the year 300 the Capareon Imperial Empire was formed.
-Around the year 1500 TF's more or less Industrial Revolution happened.
-Around the year 1900 the first of many world wars on TF began. Three major wars occur alone in this century.
-Around the year 2000, TF's world power attain the ability to create nuclear weapons, and used them in their wars.
-Around the year 2200 uneasy pseudo-peace comes when Capareon, Niana, and Tallez all sign an agreement to not use any more weapons of mass destruction. Tensions still remain very high however, and pretty much all nations are still on the edge of war.
